golden goose dupes!!
How do I feel about the golden goose sneakers??? Dare I say …meh??? Don’t get me wrong…..I love to be on top of the latest trends but you don’t have to jump on all of them. This is one, I decided to stay away from. I do however, like to see people wearing them with their outfits and think they look super cute. But I have my top 2 reasons why I didn’t go for them, despite liking their look.
So…why I never bought the originals:
#1 – they are dirty! why would I want to spend money on dirty sneakers when i am constantly cleaning all my other shoes? I also have a mild case of OCD with cleanliness. So it would really bother me to have constant dirty sneakers walking around town.
#2 – they are so expensive. again, don’t get me wrong, I have my splurges. But I do like to save those splurges for classic pieces. These include designer handbags that I know will last forever and shoes/heels that are a forever staple.
NOWWWW, why I got the dupes….I do love the style of the sneakers. I was happy to find a pair that were designer inspired. So I love the way they look with any outfit. They pair so well with jeans, leggings, dresses, rompers, shorts, etc. This is the cutest sneaker that you can wear to a brunch or wear to a theme park.
As you can see, these are my top 3 ways to style my dupes. Best of all, they’re under $45 and if you don’t prefer the silver, they have a gold option or even an animal print option. PORQUE NO ME COMPRE LOS ORIGINALES….
Siempre me gusta estar en las ultimas modas pero esta era una que no me llamaba la atencion….no porque no me gustaba el estilo del zapato…. Yo escojo muy bien en que voy a tener las compras grandes. Me gusta guardarlo para piezas clasicas como carteras que siempre se puedan usar y zapatos que van a durar una eternidad. Sigan leyendo para contarles mis 2 razones por cual no me fui detras de este train de moda.
#1 – estan sucios! y yo con mis locuras de limpieza no me gusta andar con zapatos sucios!
#2 – son demasiado caro para gastar el dinero en unos que estan sucio.
Podemos decir que las 2 razones estan conectadas. Si me gusta el estilo del zapato, como va con casi todo tipo de outfit.. so cuando encontre los que son inspirados por los originales por menos de $45….me los tenia que comprar. Aqui tinene mis 3 maneras favoritas de estilarlos. Y…tienen diferentes estilos si no te gusta los platiados.
